I seem to be doing a lot of firsts in this part of my life…. how exciting! I have done things I only dreamed of or put on my “want to do” list. Maybe I am manifesting what I really want, could be?!?!
In November 2022, I went to a class called New Moon Energy Healing Savasana at a shop in Morehead City NC called Sacred Soul Healing Arts Center and online at www.MySacredSoul.com. Jena Skai, the owner, has a vast array of knowledge and experience. You NEED to look her up and experience her store and what she has to offer. It was amazing and I found new friends who are like-minded because of it. I have been on my solitary eclectic journey for over 15 years and have not had an experience like the one at Jena’s shop.
At first I was hesitant in sharing my chosen spiritual path with others for fear of being judged or ostracized. But, in 2018, more than 10 years after I started this path, I found a group in my hometown called Marietta-Parkersburg Soul Connections. I loved this group because everyone there had different spiritual beliefs but NO ONE judged or condemned others for their beliefs. Instead, it was all embraced and we educated each other in our chosen belief systems. I felt like I belonged, finally. Unfortunately, because of COVID, the group dissolved and never restarted. This helped me basically come out of the spiritual closet though.
In 2019 I became a Usui Reiki master-teacher but didn’t practice consistently as a Reiki practitioner for a long time. Recently I realized that I was given a gift of energy channeling and I want to use it to better myself and help others better themselves. I paid for the classes, took my time to learn it and am attuned to the energies so I might as well do what I learned and love.
I have rediscovered my passions in energy work, divination, specifically tarot cards, and health and wellness (using my nursing background) and am currently finding my way into the world of on-line business using my passions.
I am at the beginning of another aspect of my life and can’t wait to see what it brings!
